As a birth doula, I offer calm, compassionate, and continuous support through one of life’s most transformative experiences. I believe that every birthing person deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered—no matter how or where they give birth. My care is always personalized, grounded in respect for your choices, and tailored to your unique preferences, values, and needs.
Whether you’re hoping for an unmedicated birth, planning a cesarean, or anything in between, I’ll be by your side—offering evidence-based information, emotional reassurance, physical comfort, and a steady presence from early labor to baby’s first cry. Birth looks different for everyone, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you, every step of the way.
Postpartum SUPPORT
As a postpartum doula, I offer gentle, judgment-free support tailored to your unique needs as you transition into life with a new baby. With a deep commitment to kindness, empathy, and personalized care, I walk alongside you—offering practical help, emotional reassurance, and a calming presence during this tender season.
I provide both daytime and overnight care to support rest, recovery, and connection—helping the whole family adjust, whether you're first-time parents or welcoming a new baby into a home with older siblings. Whether you're seeking guidance with infant feeding, recovering from birth, or simply needing a listening ear and a moment to rest, I’m here to nurture you, so you can nurture your baby with confidence.
Cesarean section Support
Whether your C-section is planned or becomes part of your journey along the way, you still deserve to feel supported, informed, and deeply cared for. As a doula, I offer nonjudgmental, personalized support before, during, and after cesarean birth—helping you feel grounded, empowered, and never alone.
From preparing emotionally and practically for surgery, to offering comfort and reassurance in the operating room (when possible), to supporting recovery and bonding afterward, I’m here to honor your experience and meet you where you are. Cesarean birth is birth—and you deserve to be held with the same care, respect, and compassion every step of the way.
